Technological aspects of obtaining decorative paint material of industrial purpose with the effect of crackle, which is based on a solution of perchlorovinyl resin in a solvent using iron oxide pigments, have been developed. Conditions of paint material cracking were investigated, as well as technical characteristics of paint coating were obtained based on the developed decorative system of paint materials. Paint material is intended for application by pneumatic spraying, roller or brush on elastic primer.

This article examples of intensifying chemical process system engineering in the paint industry using organizational and technical modeling and innovation engineering are presented. It is noted that today's innovative paint technologies 2.0 must be intensive, energy-efficient, costeffective, and environmentally friendly.
