A research program for testing de-icing compound in Arkhangelsk has been completed. The anti-icing properties of fluorinated polymers (FSP) have been studied.    The presented article shows the process of step-by-step development of the «Paint line design» project. The business processes of generating source and output data are described. A detailed description of the information generation process is provided for the key stages of the paint line engineering. In accordance with the business process modeling algorithm, a contextual and IDEF0 diagrams of the business process of designing a paint line are constructed based on the presented design methodology.
